Terms & Conditions of the 'Get an extra R100 off any 'Our Generation' purchase':

  1. The giveaway is organised and promoted by Simply Everything Gifts & Stationery cc ("Simply Everything").
  2. No person who is a director, employee, supplier, sponsor or agent of or consultant to Simply Everything or who is immediate family, business partner, or associate to a director, employee, supplier or agent of or consultant to Simply Everything is eligible to participate or enter this competition.
  3. The giveaway is open to Facebook users who reside in South Africa, and are over 18 years of age.
  4. Participants will need to 'Like' and share the 'Our Generation' Facebook post by 22nd March 2019 in order to receive their 'R100 off' voucher within 24 hours of their 'Like' and 'Share'.
  5. The giveaway runs from 5 March 2019 to 22 March 2019 (inclusive).
  6. A voucher code will be sent in a private Facebook message to all participants who 'Like' and 'Share' the post.
  7. Participants will need to create an account on www.simplyeverything.co.za in order to use their voucher.
  8. One voucher per participant, as the participant can only 'Like' and 'Share' the post once.
  9. 'Our Generation' vouchers are valid for single use on any purchase over R500 and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  10. 'Our Generation' vouchers are valid until the 30th April 2019 and can be used for any 'Our Generation' purchase over R500 on www.simplyeverything.co.za.
  11. 'Our Generation' vouchers may be used in conjunction with any 'Our Generation' special offers at the time of use.
  12. By participating in the giveaway, all Participants and Winners agree to be bound by these rules which will be interpreted by Simply Everything, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into regarding the decision. Simply Everything reserves the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend or cancel this giveaway and any vouchers, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason that Simply Everything reasonably deems necessary.
  13. If a participant contravenes these rules, the participant's voucher will be cancelled.
  14. All Participants indemnify Simply Everything, their advertising agencies, advisers, nominated agents, suppliers, its affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way in this giveaway including, as a result of any act or omission, whether as a result of negligence, misrepresentation, misconduct or otherwise on the part of Simply Everything and/or use of the vouchers.
  15. The personal information of entrants will not be shared with any third parties and are strictly kept with Simply Everything. All participants will receive future communication from Simply Everything and if the particpant no longer wants to receive communication they can choose to Opt-out of the email and any other communication channels.
