Masifunde Module A: Umndeni

Module A is the first in a series of modules for Foundation Phase learners of isiZulu as an Additional Language.

This Module teachers terms for the family, greetings, introductions and goodbyes.

Learners enjoy having a cell phone conversation, using puppets to act out different family members, playing card games and singing songs.

They are introduced to the u-/o- group of nouns and questions such as ' Who is this?', 'What;s your name?' and 'Is it...?'.
