When will I receive my order?
IF all the products in your order are In Stock:
- We'll pack your order
- We'll send it with the next courier collection
- You'll be able to track it with the tracking number you'll receive as soon as its on its way
IF one or more the products in your order are Out of Stock:
- You'll get an indication of how long it will take to get these products into stock by checking the number of days it usually ships
in "Usually ships in XX days"
- In the meantime, we'll order the items, if not already on order
- our suppliers will work as quickly as possible to get these items to us - if they are out of stock or there are any delays, we'll let you know
- As soon as we have all the items for your order, we'll pack your order
- We'll send it with the next courier collection
- You'll be able to track it with the tracking number you'll receive as soon as its on its way
