Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched the day after receipt of payment if your item is in stock. If not in stock, your parcel will usually ship within the time indicated beneath the product (in orange). If the supplier is out of stock, and there is any delay in your shipment, you will be notified and can choose to wait for your item, select an alternative, or be refunded.

Orders are shipped via The Courier Guy or with Pargo. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

The Courier Guy delivers door-to-door, Monday to Friday.

Pargo ships to your closest Pargo Pick Up Point, as selected on checkout.  Pargo will notify you when your parcel is available for collection at your selected Pick Up Point.
